Part 1: How to put your presentation on a DVD?
This option is for beginners, but you must have some knowledge
of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Open PowerPoint
1. Click on the “Design” tab,
2. then click “Page Setup”
Set HD Dimensions
1. Choose size 16:9
2. And Orientation Landscape
Design your Slides
• Add Title and Subtitle
Pick a Design
1. Click on the “Design” tab
2. You can scroll down to look at more options
3. Click on the one you like
Add your content to the slides
You can add:
• Text
• Pictures
• Screenshots
• Charts
• Videos and Audio
• …amongst others to your slides.
Insert a New Slide
1. Click on “Home”
2. Click “New Slide”
Insert a Picture
1. Click on the “Insert Tab”
2. Click on “Picture”
Save Slides as Picture Files
1. Click on the “File” tab
2. Click “Save as”
3. Save as *.jpg
Now copy images to DVD
Open Windows DVD maker and follow the instructions on the screen.
Pick the theme that you like and burn your picture files on the
DVD. Now you’re ready to play your tutorial on your TV.
